To facilitate transactions and maintain competitive prices, we accept payments through Zelle.
Payment Instructions: Upon completion of your order, you will receive the email or phone number associated with our Zelle account.

Payment Reference: You must include your Order Number in the Zelle transfer note/memo.
4.2 Payment Verification
Payment must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.
Manual Confirmation: Your order will remain in “Pending” status until we confirm receipt of funds in our bank account.
We recommend sending a screenshot of the payment receipt to our email or WhatsApp to expedite shipping.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Coverage Area: We offer limited shipping only to Texas.
Processing Times: Orders are prepared and shipped business days after payment confirmation via Zelle.
Packaging: We take extra precautions to protect glass jars and cans from dents and breakage during shipping.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products (food and perishable goods), we apply the following strict policies:
Opened Products: We do not accept returns of opened cans, jars without the tamper-evident seal, or partially consumed products, for food safety reasons.
Damaged or Expired Products: If you receive a broken product, a product with a broken seal, a severely dented can that compromises the contents, or an expired product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued via Zelle to the original payment account or as store credit for future purchases, at the customer’s discretion.
- FOOD SAFETY AND LIABILITY
Allergies: It is the customer’s responsibility to review the ingredients listed on the product label before consumption. Alaric Arias LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions.
Storage: Once the product is received, the customer is responsible for its proper storage (cool, dry places, or refrigeration once opened, as indicated on the packaging).
